Jon is a seasoned marketing professional, advising small business owners in Portland Oregon.

His newest book, The A to Z Blog Book: 26 articles to entertain, inform, and intrigue you, is available from Amazon in paper and Kindle versions.

A collection of short, sweet pearls of marketing wisdom with great insights for the beginner, and valuable reminders for more seasoned marketers.

The book is a quick read, easy to digest, with insights into marketing strategy, networking, branding, and social media.

I especially liked the chapter on "F words" like Features and Flash. Jon talks about the difference between Flashy product Features that may be Fun, but can quickly go out of Fashion with Fickle Followers, and Features offering Fundamental values, like good design or Functionality. He concludes it's good to have both, but Figuring out the mix is important. Food for thought, indeed!

Jon is a joy to network with, bubbling with ideas and generous enthusiasm, a real connector. If you're lucky enough to live in Portland, Oregon, you should definitely buy him a cup of coffee.
